1. Candidates should be ready with the scanned images of their recent Passport-size Photograph, Signature, Pass-Certificate of qualifying examination,     Marksheet of qualifying examination and Age-proof for uploading during the online form submission.
2. All documents should be uploaded only in .jpg/.jpeg format with sufficient clarity.
3. Passport photograph image file-size should be between 5KB and 30KB.
4. Signature image file-size should be less than 5KB .
5. Please use either Black ink or Dark-Blue ink on a White background in the Signature.
6. Documents for Identity Proof(Adhaar Card/Voter ID/PRC), Pass-Certificate & Mark-sheet should have file size less than 50KB.
